P14- Photography Techniques

There are 2 basic techniques in the world of photography which are 180 Degree rule and the Rule Of Thirds.

One of the basic rules of photography is that you are only allowed to film 180 degrees at most whilst turning the camera. An imaginary line called the axis connects the characters so that it doesnt confuse the viewers.

rule of thirds is another technique that film makers use. This is when theres a scene split up into 9 sections. this helps to keep everything in place and keep it balanced.
After making the 9 section grid you should identify the four main points that the audience should focus on the most and place them in the centre grids. The theory is that if you place points of interest in the intersections or along the lines that your photo becomes more balanced and will enable a viewer of the image to interact with it more naturally.
